Kisasikdang (기사 식당): Reviews & Ratings
Honestly, I was super nervous about this place due to the lack of customers and reviews online, but it was honestly good. The menu was limited, but they are just starting up so I didn’t mind it - the portions are decently sized and each person gets their own side dishes which works out great! I got the spicy pork and my mom got the pollack stew and they were pretty good - it was also slow when I went, but the waiters were all super attentive and constantly checked up on my table which was nice. The food was good and the service was good too!
Everyone should come try this place out!! Amazing food, service and setting. My friends and I tried this place for the first time and loved it!! My favorites were the udon noodles, eel, and katsu!! The katsu was crispy and flavorful. I don flavorful and delicate and the eel was a burst of flavor! Everything together was immaculate though. We very much enjoyed this place a lot and will definitely be coming back for more! You just can’t get enough of it. 10/10 recommend this place. The ambiance is really nice too. Casual and fun!! Everyone should come and check out this place!! Staff is friends and kept up with their service.
If you love seafood, then this is the right place for you~ I tried their streamed seafood, including the dungeness crab, shrimp, mussels, and baby octopus. For the dungeness crab, it's a minimum of 2 orders, so make sure you're going with a few friends or else it's quite a lot to eat for just 2 people. Everything is very fresh and you barely need any sauce or condiments at all for all the seafood! They have a valet parking lot in the back that charges $4. Otherwise, street parking is free, but you might need a little luck to find one nearby.
Great sushi place, it can’t get any fresher than this, straight from the tank to your plate. This place rocks, our first time here and we are impressed. The whole experience was awesome, from the staff to the food, service 5 stars. They have big selection of seafood, from the halibut, octopus, crabs, shrimps, etc…. You can taste the freshness with every bite. They even have the Omakase menu for about $200 for your special occasion. We will definitely come back to try other items on the menu. Thank you for making our first experience memorable.
I came here with bunch of people for special occasion. It was a lot better experience in terms of value. I liked their huge open space for 5+ group. This place is more ideal for korean style sashimi and not sushi. The staff and services were great. I will be back again!
First time trying this place out and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was very clean and had a really cool design to it, and the food was really good as well. I tried their katsu, spicy seafood noodle soup, and their sashimi items and every bite was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting ktown and I will most definitely be coming back. :)
If you are craving some rolls, sashimi you gotta try this place! The parking has a lot of space for valet. The facility looks great. Very spacious. The sashimi combo is very fresh and love the rolls.
